His wife was low on insulin, he was on his way to town to a pharmacy . He got pulled over for …basically for nothing. They saw a wrapper that was once held a EMPTY insulin syringe. THAT started things. Made him get out of his truck , pat down ….found a film can with one bud of weed. He stupidly threw it in the water , ass whipping began. Trashed his truck , had it towed.
Roughed up , even given a ticket for littering ….the film container.
