Discontinued SWAN #36 S-Ex AR-15 top rail, similar but different to the one used for the MK12 Mod 0, which was a #38. You might find someone looking for that specific rail, kind of rare but I don't believe it was ever in much demand, certainly not as much as a #38.

They were used on some MK12 Mod 1 as well. And guess what, someone here is looking for one:

How come I never find stuff like this at an estate sale?
Must be all that clean living you do.
I think the guy who died was a prepper I got there late and missed a lot of good stuff this box was sitting on top of another card board box that was sealed, I asked what was in it and the lady said magazines, I said how much she said $100 for both boxes, turned out it was a box of new colt 20rd magazines…. I shudder thinking of what must have sold before I got there…..

I know you feel guilty and I'm here to help you.
PM me for an address and send some 20 around Colt magazines.
4 will fit into a small flat rate carton.

    I said a Hail Mary I’m good thanx though…..😂
I met some crusty old fuck in and around 1984 at a gun show.
He was at a table inquiring about some replacement parts for a firearm that he pulled out of his vest.
It was some sort of firearm that looked like a ballpoint pen.
Long story short I made friends with this old guy.
He passed away in 2005 from lung cancer.
He smoked hand rolled cigarettes made from zigzag papers Bugle tobacco.
One of the firearms he owned was a Mac 10 with Samsonite assassination case with the Sionics suppressor.
He claimed to be a Navy Seal part of the first team that went from UDT to SEAL don't know if that is fact just always took his word for it.
Guy had lots of cool stuff from the Vietnam era
He left behind widow along with a bag of African Gold Krugerrand Coins stashed under his anvil & stand.
I made the promise to help his widow and she lived comfortably until her passing.
Yeah I know cool story bro.

You going to part with any of the mags?

the ARMS sleeve that has a demand is #38.
people have used #36 in clone-ish builds. What else did you get in this mystery box?
A #36 S-EX is also good for variant clone MK12 Mod 1, here's one in Afghanistan in the hands of Medal of Honor recipient SSG Robert Miller. Rather than bridge rings across the forward rail and the receiver via the scope, a #36 made it one piece for added stability and rigidity.
