is there such a thing as a FFP LVPO where the turrets dial like a PRS scope?

NoVA for now
I like my Vortex Strike Eagle 1.-8, but all it has are holdovers. I'm shooting this rifle at gas gun PRS matches means I'd like to dial for distance

I'd like to find something like my 5-25 Venom with turrets you dial for distance

My google-fu seems weak on the subject...

You mean has turrets and not capped adjustments? Should be a few out there like that. Just off top of my head are two I’ve seen with that option

S&B
USO

Does not meet your description but the original Gen 1 Vortex 1-4x24 SFP actually works well for me when I rather dial. Check out EuroOptics they still have them in stock new in the box for under $300. A little low on power but good to 500yds with a bit of effort.

Or maybe one with capped adjustments but still has “finger asjustable” under the cap? That would open up

NF
Burris

Sig tango 6 is also available in both ffp and sfp.

Vudu 1-10 FFP is mil/mil and zero stop with exposed elevation.

You right. I always forget why I always write it off.

Why use a LPVO and not something higher mag?
The class I'm shooting in the gas gun matches says 8x max magnification and IIRC 18" or shorter barrel. I've got the magnification and barrel right now, but...

I'm not all that good at this so I need all the help I can get

Oh actually here’s another one

Burris XTR II 1-8 FFP. You have the MAD turrets which are 10 mils per turn with a zero stop.

I have one of these. Yes it says ACME on it. Yes Wile E Coyote is on the box. The reticle doesnt start till 5 mils... But it works.
You should buy one and go win with it as a joke. But it works....

Friend of mine has this on his ar15. I've shot it, pretty good glass for the money. Never shot it past about 250 yards though.

I just put the credo 2-10x36 on my pws mk216 in 308. Only been out to 600 so far. Spotting hits on steel wasn't an issue.

Only thing that gets me with the 2-10 I have is the zero stop limits it to one revolution. In my case it's right at 19 moa. Looking at it though I think I can modify it to get get past that. 19 moa won't get me much past 600.

Bushnell SMRS 1-8.5x w mil exposed turret same as XRSII and priced well to w lifetime warranty and decent japanese glass etc, often forgotten about. Sleeper LPVO.

I have used a Vortex PST2 1-6 dialing out to 517 yards and felt confident with it. Dialed in a first round impact from a 12.5“ 556.

The SWFA 1-6, if you can find it, does have what you’re looking for minus the zero stop. March has some options as well at around $2,000. The newer PA PLxC supposedly comes with decent turrets.

Trijicon Credo 1-8, Athlon Ares ETR 1-10, EOtech vudu 1-10, and PA PLx 1-8 all seem to fit the bill. The PA reticle is set up for holdovers but has exposed locking turrets like the other 3.

Vortex Razor G3 1-10.
I spoke to Vortex and they said it was perfectly fine to leave the caps off and dial.

For those on a budget:
Swampfox 1-10 ( I believe they have 2 different models)
Atibal 1-10

No offense intended toward Bill in any way.

But regarding the PST Gen 1 1-4x...

The glass on it is absolute Coke bottle bottom. Please spend more for something better.

You don't want to be clawing your eyes out after 10 mins looking through it.

I don't remember if it meets the turret request, but the PST Gen II 1-6x glass is so much better.

I ASSume, yer happy with it, got ant any pros or cons to share?
Considering one for a hunting rig.
Thnx
Yes I am. It checks the boxes and that's the most important thing for me at this point. Locking exposed elevation, capped windage, FFP, Good reticle, lightweight and durable. I have beat on it pretty good, including dropping it on the rifle from 4 feet on to hardwood, scope first while mounting it and all has been good. There is limited options that check all my needed boxes, one of them cost around $5k (S&B CC SD), the others usually missing a feature or two or have bad eyebox/distortion. Right now I think its the value winner in the space for sure.

The Bushnell reticle is shit and makes zero sense whatsoever.

The Burris XTR2 1-8 FFP is good but they're not making them anymore. Your next best bet is the Credo.

Fair enough...thank you.

None taken! I guess I got lucky since mine are quite usable for what they are. Since the OP listed the SE as currently owing, I was just trying to keep the price in the lower range. Appreciate your comments!
