I was looking around GB and saw a rifle with a stiller tac30 in 308 win match? Never heard of a specific 308 match just 308/0r th4 NATO version. Is this a newer caliber or variant?

Could be anything, and is a common designation for custom precision rifles. If you can find out who made the rifle, you could contact them and ask. Usually it involves slight variation of body and neck diameters and freebore dimensions.

Could be the PTG 308 Winchester Tactical Match reamer was used to chamber it…It’s a popular reamer used in precision rifle builds by many smiths.

If you’re interested, ask the seller if they know what was used or have a chamber drawing/reamer print.

Every reamer manufacturer has some version of a match .308 reamer. In short though, yes it should function with standard ammo.

Yep. Assuming that’s the reamer used, headspace should be 1.631.
