As far as his powers it doesn’t seem much has changed since before the fall, but it is interesting to note that during Christ’s temptation in the wilderness that he states that God has given him authority over the governments of the world and has the power to give it those to who he wants. It’s also noteworthy that he does just that for the antichrist. And it is a correct statement that he isn’t in hell - the temptation in the wilderness and the book of Job show that plainly. This by extension means that he is under the permissive control of an omnipotent God. I’ll let the implications of that settle in as most never consider it, and as a result don’t have a correct view of the situation as it really exists based on what we know from Scripture.
