I typically process all my deer meat myself. Seen these at the meat market so had the make me 25 pounds. Pretty damn tasty. I still hate butcher shops though.

good beef ain't cheep in Indy but local ranchers are offering Prime beef reasonably delivered to your door. tritip $16lb
