Mausingfield extractor tuning

I have a mausingfield chambered in 17 remington.In a mpa chassis. I am currently using mdt polymer mag and I have a metal accurate mag on the way to try.

It is binding about 3/4 the way closed, the case rim is starting under the extractor but not going all the way up in it. I was wondering if anyone could point me to where I can get more info on how to tune an extractor on a mausingfield.I seen a thread that had a video but the video won't open for me.

is this on slow close or fast close?

You just file off a smidge off the extractor where its binding on the case, typically the inside bottom corner needs to be beveled a smidge.
That said I cant tell a thing from the images you provided.

I think I got it worked out. Took a little off the bottom corner of the extractor and straightened the bow of the extractor a little.
