Is something going on in Ukraine?

ukraine regime: there are no ukrainians in the donbas that want to separate. they are all russians.
ukraine regime: also, the ukrainians that want to separate will be put into camps.

"Labor camps"... you know.. just like they had "Auschwitz".
AKA "FEMA camps" in the US. Heck, the way they are run, you might as well use the words, "public schools" to fit that definition.

Watch this….

Just change the accents in some cases and it’s the same shit all over again.

I think the detail I keep coming back to in the movie is the ever present observation aircraft.

How does that aircraft differ from the cameras at every exit on our highways today.

Jeezzzz, I wonder if there is such thing as a Russian comedy?

- 10 million didn’t leave, originally many left, but since many have come back
- Manufacturing is not only in Donbas
- Only Black Sea port left is not only in Odessa
- Energy infrastructure does not only still stand, but currently supplying power to Ukraine, Moldova and parts of Romania (only interruptions or at local grids during strikes, but they are swiftly repaired) there is no power deficit currently.

-Around 8.1 million people have been displaced from Ukraine into Europe according to data assembled by UNHCR. This corresponds to around 19% of the total Ukrainian population. Roughly 18.6 million people left Ukraine, while 10.3 million have since returned to the country.

According to this source, out of 8.1m around 4,8m registered as refugees, that means the rest are living off of personal funds and are most likely planning to go back, otherwise why not get subsidized living and food allowances and register as refugees.

Also, out of the 8.1, majority are women and children.

Around 110k moved to US via U4U program, but these are mostly white collar and wealthy. I believe 20-30% will move back if/when war stops.

Why would you take them back?

I mean I certainly want them to leave here but why would you take them back?

Most of them left legally, so they can legally come back. The ones that left illegally, most likely will be pardoned because Ukraine will need to replenish its population with white collar business owning types.

I know personally around 20 families that moved here under a the program, most are struggling to recreate the level of comfort they had in Ukraine.

Experience from previous wars (Kosovo,Bosnia,Iraq,Syria,Afghanistan), few come back once they are resettled if anything post-war exodus that follows will rival initial numbers in a decade or so. As once arms sales bonanza passes no one will be in any hurry to invest hundreds of billions. Has been the case of near all wars post WW2 , unless there is oil there

As for them being women and children? Whole families is what we are seeing , my neighbour is housing 4 Ukrainan families all seem to be well off , while i am supporting Ukraine on hourly bases and no i haven't taken up housing the talent for one of the hotels, not too keen on having Johns around any time of day.

Why would you want them to leave? They brought with them their capableness, their money, some hundreds of millions of dollars.

Considering US immigration policy, I think Ukrainians are some of the last immigrants you would want to leave.

Can’t compare, different level of prosperity, most who left Kosovo, Bosnia, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.

Additionally, Ukraine will be “gold rush” level construction site, not only will Ukrainians return to participate in the construction frenzy, I think every international construction company and supplier will rush there and are probably already positioning themselves.

From your point of view, who is going to pay for this "constraction frenzy"?

Impossible to tell, depends on how this ends.

There is a possibility that it won’t, but that means that west lost.

West can’t afford for this not to happen, because then they loose control and the dogs of the world are loose. Also, they have to set a precedent of resistance and support.

But I understand everyone here, of course it’s hard to understand what’s happening so far away, when there is such polarity regarding what’s happening here every day.

Why don’t they just put in for a handout.

I’m sure Joe will take from us to give to them.

There are no handouts. Some might qualify for food stamps if they have children, but all benefits are canceled once they get employed. And they need to get employed, because most don’t want to live off savings. Unlike most illegal immigrants, Ukrainians under the program get immediate work authorization, so they get to work and pay taxes “off the boat”

Because of the way this special program is setup, Ukrainians are probably some of the most contributing immigrants to ever arrive in US (recently)

Gold Rush in rebuilding or more precisely modernization of the country is not going to happen that is just the bullshit they like to spin for the credulous, same goes for EU membership, not happening in less than a couple of decades.

Anyone who gets work and builds a life abroad in a more affluent country will be hard-pressed to move again to lesser prospects.
Like said brain drain will continue for decades, aging Europe needs qualified workers nurses, doctors, teachers........... and we rather take Ukrainians than Arabs or Africans. West has drained eastern Europe in a similar way, member states in the east are depopulating at extreme rates.

People move to better paying jobs in western europe , freedom of movement inside EU accelerated the trends for eastern europe

As for Financing Ukraine , if you read carefully, much of the financing of Ukraine is in form of loans , most of that is not going be just written off.
Black Rock, JP Morgan and similar wallstreet locusts Zelensky just signed on will strip mine and privatize anything of any value and IMF will do its own shock therapy. (austerity politics is IMF standard MO)

* UK paid last of the US WW2 loans in 2006.

Most countries have just spent shit loads of money on faux rona and now on financing war in Ukraine while subsidizing the eonomy and domestic energy costs and the dumb fucking green transition BS is only gaining steam., Of the charts, money printing caused runaway inflation so they might not want to repeat it on a similar scale . I just dont see anyone willing to throw money into Ukraine once it drops off Tv screens. (have you seen any substantial help coming to Turkey that lost more civilians than Ukraine in the earthquake, practically peanuts in line with nonexistent MSM coverage )

Only ones that would be game are Chinese , but they tend to bring everything from the workforce to materials to their build sites around the globe. And that is actually been the case in the aforementioned wars, the west packed up , Chinese moved in.

If it is impossible to tell, then why do you say "Ukraine will be “gold rush” level construction site"?
I'm just trying to figure out who may be so stupid to "invest" there in the nearest 3-5 years?
Can you somehow explain that statement of yours that Ukraine will be “gold rush” level construction site?
Thanks.

They seem like true Patriots abandoning their country in time of need.

Just what we need here more spineless people.

Anyone with money in Ukraine is corrupt.

They will do great over here riding around in Mercedes buying all their groceries on a SNAP cards.

i saw a recent poll of refugees that indicates the opposite...like refugees from other regions, they have no intention of going back.
and why would they? they had little if any earning power in ukraine before this proxy war and the prospects are even worse now.
i am afraid that if the west doesn't allow negotiations for peace now, the russians will destroy what little is left.

Whose money will be financing this gold rush.

Tell Z to change into a proper tie next time he comes demanding money.

The west is not at war.

The Globalist are fighting a Nationlists using the Ukes as their proxy bitches not caring how many die.

Western Civilization is also an intended target to be destroyed.

But we are too dumb to understand what is going on over there.

You Ukes are the most ungrateful bitches out there.

Turn on your GoPro and show me your fighting dugout.

If you are in a mud filled trench with snow on the parapet I’ll send you a ten spot.

Of course nothing is for certain, but according to this article: “Thousands of businesses around the globe are positioning themselves for a possible multibillion-dollar gold rush: the reconstruction of Ukraine”

Politics are politics, but these “thousands” of businesses must have many politicians or their relatives as investors and they are probably positioning themselves from insider information. Following the money usually leads to the likely.

Had a Uke kid on my old job.

A fire breathing Sam Adams when the vaccine mandate was announced.

Told us he didn’t come here to live under the system he knew as a boy.

Adamant he was going to stand against the mandates.

Ended up he tucked his tiny Ukrainian balls and taped them down to get his shot.

Last I heard he took a leave of absence to go to Poland and collect shit for Ukie refugees.

Probably came back with a high end wife that will take all his cop earnings……I hope.

I read the article before I posted. But thanks for mentioning everything but the part where 18 million in total fled.

Btw. I wonder how much higher the # would have been if they weren’t turning away military aged males from crossing…

IDK its likely lost quality after being digital transferred. I have this blown up on a 50" high definition flat screen. Back of his right calf looks fucked. Judging by the orientation of the shards of fabric hanging below his knees, looks like the blast hit him from the rear.

I wonder if his Go-Pro was working... I always had issues with the batteries dying(cold weather) on snowboarding trips.

These guys don't look very Ukrainian... One of the reason's there is a nearly complete media black out. I am amazed by the number of "Ukrainians" that fluently speak other languages, with regional dialects and all...
They are Norwegians. Saw this pic a while back when it first took place. I think there might a be a video recording to. I dont recall it 100% tho.

Yes! As heartless as some of your shit sounds at first it's really the best case scenario for the region. No standoffs, no dragging this shit out, way way less people dying. Steamroll and kill all the Nazis fuckers and be done with it, send NATO back to where they should be, on their side of Europe.

It is astounding, absurd, and if you told me a year ago that we were actually funding honest to God real Nazis, I would have never believed it. But, we are funding Nazis, arming them, training them, empowering the fourth reich. People here show their abject stupidity when they lobby for Ukraine to some how push Russia back or kill Putin. There is just one thing.... Ukraine will loose, we will take in an influx of the loosing team, and that means we will have a bunch of actual fucking Nazis running around here, on US soil. The left loves calling your average American moderate a "Nazi" well now their wish will come true, they are going to be dealing with the real Nazis living right next door.

US foreign policy at it's finest!
I will try to find them when I get time. But saw pics of RU prisoners that also where running around with the swastika. Talkin about tattooed on their bodies on some. Willing to say there are some even here state side, and in europe. Why we are making such a big deal as if the war is about Nazi's is beyond me... How about the fact that UA is the bread basket? And literally bread, oil and nautral gas.

Zelensky is "winning" in that he still has the backing of the West and the USA. As long as the $ keeps flowing to him, Ukraine is "winning".

All it cost are the lives of Ukraine's youth, future, and existence as a viable sovereign country.

With Poland gearing up and our president doubling down on Ukraine... it won't matter that Ukraine is running out of warm bodies. They will soon be replaced with NATO country warm bodies.

In war, the poor people die.
This has been the MO for war since the begging of time. Does not take a rocket scientist to know this haha.

The Poles are all gung ho once again to figure out how to play a central role in kick starting a major world war.

You would think they learned their lessons from WWI and WWII but nope seems they want to be the ones to turn a little CIA war designed to enrich the MIC and the bankers and the politicians into an actual global nuclear war.

So you think RU will risk also becoming a nuke waste land? An honest question? because if so.... it sure does sound like WWI when everyone was thumping their chests like gorillas, and hardly couldn't wait to use their stock piles of military equipment and men on each other. This time around it will be different. Really would like to hear peoples opinion on what nukes will solve in the end. And would RU really start launching.

I’m one of the only people in the thread I’m aware of who has lived throughout the region being discussed, been studying Russian order of battle since the 1970s, and so far the only one who brought up key people related to this topic such as:

Yanukovych
Zlochevsky
Elena Baturina
Viktor Shokin
James Biden

I’m the only one who has laid out a timeline of the events leading up to the 2014 false flag operations ordered by Putin, after he lost his puppet Yanukovych.

The rest of the pro-Russian propaganda retards have none of this experience, no knowledge or recognition of the timeline, just keep droning "Ukraine bad, US bad, NATO bad, Putin great strong leader, bastion of Russian orthodoxy and good will to mankind, bad Americans forced him into the SMO” slaughtering hundreds of thousands while displacing millions from their homes.

As long as you keep getting distracted by them flashing signs in front of your face, you don’t have the sense to zoom out and see what’s going on. Russia can’t make good military equipment, can’t train properly, can’t maintain a competent military leadership structure, and can’t do logistics. That’s why they have to put most of their eggs into propaganda and lies. It’s all they have, and all they really have had since the early 1900s. There is no need to trade with them for most nations, especially the US. So they penetrated the government in every possible way they could to try to control their destiny.
I've been shitting my whole life, guess I'm a proctologist.

I do have a question, if lets say enough Mexicans want to have CA join Mexico will that be okay with you? Take politics out of it. Because living in CA I know how shitty and fucked up it is, and I know at this point it makes no difference haha. But on a real note should they have the ability to take a state from the union because they want to side with their rooted beliefs?

Another reason I bring this up. As of now RU's living in Moldova want to break off and be part of RU. Moldova historically was RO land. But after WWII it was over, fuckin dumb ass FDR thought it was a good idea to give it to Stalin as his lands. Do they have a right to become a RU federation is what I'm asking? Know that this land does not belong to them.

haha, no it's actually pretty good for an early 90's period piece. You don't even have to be a fake Fin secret agent, a Polish tranny princess, or own misplaced videos of shooting 1" groups at 2 miles to appreciate it. Just get Russian movies with subtitles. Dubbing is usually awful and ruins it.

other excellent ones are "Burnt by the Sun" (the original only) "The Barber of Siberia" "Counsellor of State" "9th Company" "Admiral" which is a film about Kolchak and the White Guards, etc. I was never a fan of Come and See.
