WTF is that, at first I thought a mine, then church?
I think cats do better "going wild" then dogs. Out in the boonies where I live not uncommon to find stray dogs or cats. It is easy to tell the "dumped" pets over "feral" pets. The dogs may grrrr at you, but will stand their ground. On the knees and here puppy and they will come up. Cats will take off if they are actually wild, the cats from houses will usually come to here kitty. I usually have water in the truck so that will get them to come up, if you can pet them they are not wild.
Story time:
I am out in the middle of the corn field just driving through looking for damages, and deer. And this little white thing is there. At first I thought it was a skunk and I darn near shot him, but he just did not look right. I drive up to him and it is a very small dog. Coyote meal size dog. A here puppy gets me a grrr, and he finally comes up. I thought he was a toy poodle mix of some kind, a dog that had no business in a corn field, and not the kind of dogs people have around here. He was pretty thin, and real thirsty as well as smelling BAD. I get him in the truck with the windows down and take him home, clean him up and feed him. Took him to the vet and the vet said he was a Bichon Frise, and likely pure. He ended up living with us for ~15 years. I don't have a picture or Riley on my phone.
Bonus story:
This big girl came to us when she was under a year old. She had grown out of the cute puppy stage and was in the "teenager" dog stage, anyone with dogs knows this stage. She was also dumped. She came to live under the porch and the boy took her in. She was a good girl, named Recon.
People suck.
The wife ran to the Wallmart in Warrensburg and called to say someone had a horse trailer selling dogs in the parking lot. If that ain't redneck I don't know what is.
This little bundle came out of a horse trailer in a walmart parking lot, we estimate she was just weaned, and really too young to adopt out. She did ok however. She went from this, and able to give her a bath in the kitchen sink to a 98lb dog. Her name is Willow. She is not the brightest bulb on the tree, but she has a good heart. The fat old man in the second photo is Remington, he is a mini border collie, smart like all the other borders I have had in the past, arthritis has hit him very hard.
I think this past year is the only year I have not had a stray or "dumped" pet.
Not Mormons. They do not display a cross on any of their buildings. Nor do they wear anything that has a cross on it.
Reminds me of my bitch wife and crew at her work ( plumbing shop) . Customers always bring in goodies in the morning like donuts or cookies etc. . I stop by the shop for something and there's a package of Oreo's opened up in the counter so I grab one at chomp into it. Those ass holes had taken all the creamy goodness out of the middle and replaced with toothpaste. All the crew is laughing, I go to the sink to wash my mouth out and they had taped the trigger on the spray nozzle. Good thing I have a sense of humor.

I am looking down the page....that is cool where is it.....Krakow, poland....don't think I will see it in real life. Last time I was in europe there was two germany.....with the way it is currently going, it might have been a good thing.
That is not Wieliczka. The cathedral there is much more impressive.

Yeah I read the article. And watched the video. There was a pothole. But the fact remains the driver did not have the correct setup and that contributed or was the primary cause.
It was bound to happen sooner or later. The pothole was unfortunate but a semi passing them on the downhill would likely have caused it as well. All the judge needs to see is the door sticker and the sticker on the trailer and he’s now facing a new charge. Colorado has little tolerance for overloaded trucks.
I see way too many half tons towing too heavy of loads and many without weight distribution hitches. And many rv places that will sell anything to anyone. And people who will put most of the weight too far back in the trailer.

The old TV show “Hunter“ was an excellent show for hearing the awe inspiring moan of the mighty Thermoquad!
Anyone who lives here knows there is almost no similarities to Surry Co. Not nearly enough rocks and the trees here are mostly all hardwoods
