Brand New Condition.
Purchased a couple of months ago. Assembled and played with the chassis, still waiting for my barreled action I ordered a long time ago, and due to new Oregon ballot measure 114 will not be able to finish the project.

Just a heads up a Harney County Judge issued a temporary restraining order on measure 114 so you should be able to finish it as of now.
