Seriously, of all the camo schemes that I've seen, the Flecktarn is the most versatile; at least in North America. That's not unlike the region that it was developed in.
My Father, a WWII veteran, complained that the Germans in that camo were very difficult to see.
The next best camo are the variants from RealTree but you have to be in the specific environment for it to work. With the Flecktarn you could be in a grassy meadow or deep in the woods and still have a modicum of effectiveness.
Anyway, it would be nice to get something like that to wear without looking like I'm trying to make some weird statement a wannabe member of the Bundeswehr.
