One's physique/Obesity indicates quite a bit:

1) On average, fat people don't handle stress as well as fitter people
2) On average, many fat chicks tend to be bitchy
3) On average, fat people take more time off from work
4) On average, fat people take longer breaks during the day
5) On average, fat people wear out office chairs faster
6) On average, fat people aren't as organized
7) On average, fat people don't close deals as well
8) Depending on the job type, fat people usually have more mobility issues
 
Fat guys will stand around and discuss diets, weight loss, healthy eating, etc. and if a more in shape person speaks up they are immediately shut down, like only the fat guys have any knowledge of diets and healthy eating.

I’m 5’11” and weigh 221 because I’m packing that much muscle, bone, and dick!🤣

I do seriously need to drop 10lbs. before deer season. It’s a “fitness” thing. My hunting clothes “fit” a lot better at 210!

Part of finding your bmi is taking a neck measurement. Do you hide a bunch of dick in your throat?
 
Ive noticed that in laces like Boulder, Charlottesville, Berkeley, and other university towns, there seems to be less obesity. Go to rural counties and you find much more of it. While education is not a panacea it seems to help in that area. They put a greater emphasis on fitness and being healthy, where as in less educated, more rural areas, 'Supersize me" rules. Goes along with lower caliber health care as well.

It, education, doesnt prevent 'liberal stupidity' though. Charlottesvile voted 95% blue n the last national election.

No silver bullets.

Youth and wealth. It’s easier to have lower % body fat when you have fewer constraints on your time.

Eating “healthy” is more expensive than burgers and Tex Mex.

College is the near perfect confluence of youth and wealth.

Ultra processed food and seed oils are what happened as well as recommendations to have 60-80% of your calories from carbohydrates of some kind about 35-40 years ago with the USDA food guide pyramid.

if your happy why give a crap about what someone you don't know thinks about you . I knew fat people both good and bad and skinny people again both good and bad . live your life your way tired of being fat loose some weight until then flip everyone else the bird and tell them to run there own lives . and as far as who like or dislikes you be the best person you can be and don't sweat the rest most of it don't mean a thing anyway .

It can still be your ultimate food, you just can’t eat it every other night. You also have to eat really well the rest of the time. “Eating really well” can also mean several things but it has to include red meat
