Join contest SubscribeSure sounds like an ocean sunfish. You fishing dudes and oceans salts…
What fish drifts at the surface and has a predominantly dark colored, black, triangular fin?
No dorsal fin. Just kind of bobs up and down at the surface.
I was thinking ocean sunfish but their fins I thought to be more cavalry saber shaped.
Maybe a basking shark but I thought their tail fin would show as well as the dorsal.
Do those dudes ever swim vertical though. I thought they were side strokers.
They do swim vertical...just not most of the time.Do those dudes ever swim vertical though. I thought they were side strokers.
Otherwise that is the fine shape.
I have nevwr seen them swim horizontal...They do swim vertical...just not most of the time.

Would the ledge provide defilade? Is it wrong that I look at these beaches and I think “Yeah no problem for a Trak but if it’s an LCVP might have to be careful of broaching if the surf is up”

A bit, but ideally you run the next 100 yards and get into the dunes and grass where the pill boxes would be tearing up the following waves.Would the ledge provide defilade?
Heck we still do this
