What’s the difference between V1 and V2? Any idea?

V1 is slightly heavier and the Apex is larger.

V2 Apex is smaller which accounts for most of the minimal weight difference. Also the locking collars were redesigned to be easier to use.

All of this stuff is subjective however. V1’s are still really good and this is no exception. Considering it’s essentially brand new it’s a good deal IMO.
