yes, you are right I did test my load development and came back, for 5 group shot test.

29.8gr of H4350 produced 2516fps in a 6.5cm with 140gr bullets...? You sure...? Takes me around 40gr with IMR4350 or H4350 on a 6.5cm and 260 Rem shooting 140gr bullets on multiple rifles with barrels ranging from 16" - 24" to get those speeds... You do it with 11gr less powder...?
