Never happen. This all Israel's fault. ...and always will beSounds like they are just beginning to realize that the people they elect to represent them can bring them terrible consequences. Maybe one day we (as a country) will come to the same conclusion. Politics has been looked at as a team sport for waaaayyyy too long, with results ignored as long as "our team" wins.
In total actuality, it is 'Israel's'...'Fault'...because they knew with 100% certainty that moving to Gaza would be a bone of contention for the whole Islamic world. Yet, for reasons long discussed, yet to me still not sufficient, they chose to place themselves there.Never happen. This all Israel's fault. ...and always will be
Remember: victim mentality

How are you willing to disregard the idea that their history there is millenia older than Islam itself? In total actuality, it is 'Israel's'...'Fault'...because they knew with 100% certainty that moving to Gaza would be a bone of contention for the whole Islamic world. Yet, for reasons long discussed, yet to me still not sufficient, they chose to place themselves there.
KNOWING IT WOULD CAUSE HUGE CONFLICT.
Right, wrong, or other, and I'm not judging that, there's no way its not on them.
What if you and I and some Jewish investors went into the middle of Mogadishu an set up a a shop selling Kosher stuff, what do you think would happen. Whose 'fault' would our beheadings be.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
FAFO
Action and reaction.
You 100% missed my point. How are you willing to disregard the idea that their history there is millenia older than Islam itself?
Also, it's theirs if they can keep it. That's what they are doing now. Islam is at war with all other religions, and Christians and jews want to keep turning the other cheek. I say give them the war they want. They are the most pathetic martial group on the planet, totally unsuited for war. If they weren't brainwashed from birth to believe fanatically in Islam, they wouldn't squash a grape in a fruit fight.
You 100% missed my point.
OK. This was regarding an earlier post saying that "The Gazans blame Israel for this."Well, with all due respect, please bring me up to speed.
I see. I understand your point, but wouldn't it also be fair to say that the reason the jews were almost entirely displaced from that area in the 25 years prior to WWII is because the Muslims kept killing and persecuting them until they were scattered worldwide? Applying your logic, it is only the fault of the jews if you pretend this conflict started at 1953. Obviously it didn't.OK. This was regarding an earlier post saying that "The Gazans blame Israel for this."
I wasnt talking about the 'WHY' this is happening. I'm speaking of who's responsible for it, where should the blame lie. I've found it helpful to reduce things to the LCD, lowest common denominator. Sometime make them personal and close to home.
1-Leaving all history out, if your family had lived on some land for generations, and one day a bunch of rich people showed up with lots of guns, and took your land and had no legal recourse? HOW WOULD YOU REACT? You'd be furious and raise hell. Until they killed you over it.
2-The British Jews KNEW that their going to 'Palestine' or what ever you choose to called would provoke thousand year old problems. Yet they chose to do it anyway. Whose responsible for the turmoil? They are.
3-You and I open that Kosher store in Moga and get beheaded. Whose responsible? We are
4-You jump into an alligator pit and get eaten. Whose responsible? You are.
THats just de emotionalizing the subject and applying logic and reason.

I wasnt aware of that expulsion, link?I see. NO, its trying to isolate incidents to examine them outside of the contemporary box.Dude! You keep bringing history into the discussion. How silly.
History starts when I say it starts to best support the point I want to make.

They'll be fighting the Chinese because they'll control most of it by 2030.500 years from now we will have the same arguments over should some part of our own country be fought back from muslims even though they have held it for 200 years...
He's from Finland, they already have a huge Muslim problem. They'll be fighting the Chinese because they'll control most of it by 2030.
Yep.. Not particularly bad, like tenth of Sweden, but hell yes I know what I am talking about. He's from Finland, they already have a huge Muslim problem.
NO, its trying to isolate incidents to examine them outside of the contemporary box.
Or perhaps examining a reel of film one pic at a time to get in depth info, then trying to piece the whole thing together ligically.
Where's Simo Hayha when you need him?Yep.. Not particularly bad, like tenth of Sweden, but hell yes I know what I am talking about.
I dont know about that scene. So, look at things in a vacuum?
Like that scene in Pulp Fiction where that guy in the leather jacket breaks into the other guy's house and shoots him with his own gun when he comes out of the toilet? Clearly the house belonged to the guy in the tie because he was there first and using the shitter when the other guy came in.
Waiting to be awakened! And by that, for the slow people, I mean ordinary men that have had enough.Where's Simo Hayha when you need him?
Sure, but Joe and Bill were interested in gathering all the facts before deciding who shoulda left who alone.Remember Sgt. Joe Friday?
If you go back far enough you'd get to Pangia
Obviously you are taking a very short view of history. Palestine goes back to the old testament times. The philistines. Israel and this group have been at war for a long time.OK. This was regarding an earlier post saying that "The Gazans blame Israel for this."

As is America and yet still no accountability. Maybe there isn’t gonna be an awakening after all.Our populace is aware of the situation..
Not a valid comparison.Sure, but Joe and Bill were interested in gathering all the facts before deciding who shoulda left who alone.
DSNWBN is difficult to apply to a situation
Maybe you didn't examine deep enough and the guy jumping into that alligator pit was just trying to clean it because it was his turn and the reason he got eaten was because the guy responsible for locking the gate didn't do it.
That would make the people in all 4 of your parables a clean sweep of victims.
LCD == victimhood
when things were already started.
This is why I demand reparations from the British for Culloden. My ancestors were treated badly there... and in subsequent generations. If you go back far enough you'd get to Pangia, a supercontinent, where everyone "shared" the same piece of land. So no one and everyone has claim to all lands now. In reality, who owns what when is purely dependent on who is strong enough to own it at that point in time.
Obviously you are taking a very short view of history. Palestine goes back to the old testament times. The philistines.

Question should the Native American Indians go terrorist on modern day Americans. By your logic, they would coming off the reservations and attacking nearby towns.
I respectfully disagree with your logic. I'm looking back far beyond then to the origin of the problem, with Abraham.
Its America, you have every right and even obligation to disagree if you feel I'm in error. That doesnt make you right, LOL.Obviously you are taking a very short view of history. Palestine goes back to the old testament times. The philistines. Israel and this group have been at war for a long time.

I respectfully disagree with your logic.
And thats where the problem we're discussing originated, with the Patriarch, Abraham.Brought into this world by Abraham.
Dang yo, it's been a long time since I've been in school, there's two Pangias now?The first Pangia or just the most recent one?
We're not talking about Native Americans, entirely different story,
There's been at least 2, probably 4 supercontinents... Depending on how the drift worked.Dang yo, it's been a long time since I've been in school, there's two Pangias now?
Spain did. Why can't we?!500 years from now we will have the same arguments over should some part of our own country be fought back from muslims even though they have held it for 200 years...
Not a valid comparison.
My example stressed that he did it knowing and with free will
So one could say it started when A & E ate the apple, and that would be accurate
Dang yo, it's been a long time since I've been in school, there's two Pangias now?
Now you're just being ignint so I'm out.Your example included nothing about foreknowledge on his part of said pit being populated with alligators. Simply that he jumped into an alligator pit. Sure, you stated he jumped into the pit which implies free will as opposed to being shoved into the pit. But it's no different than saying "he stuck his hand in a hornet's nest" or "he jumped into the shark tank".
It's the details that matter.
Maybe, maybe not. I'm not aware this event and all it entails was established as fact.
Hold on now...Well technically there has never been a Pangia ... only one Pangea but maybe a Gondwana and a couple three others.
And if Ham ass had gotten off theirs and invented atomic weapons....Hey, if they had gotten off their lazy asses and invented the Gatling Gun, we'd be running the casino's and living in reservatons.
But, they didn't! Motivated pasty people did.
And the rest, as they say, is history.
Sirhr
Well, except for the whole Enlightenment, Rousseau, John Locke, natural rights, Western Civilization, that kind of stuff. And if Ham ass had gotten off theirs and invented atomic weapons....
As much as I worship a hot shower in the morning, and a toilet that takes my nasties away, Im not convinced what we've created and what we're facing as fundamentally a great improvement, really.
Largely thats knowledge, and I'll grant that knowledge is power. But as I've often said, and foot note if you quote, "Knowledge without wisdom is folly." Look at the world today, we're approaching the brink of WWII, and likely the last one.Well, except for the whole Enlightenment, Rousseau, John Locke, natural rights, Western Civilization, that kind of stuff.
