I was told by Baldwin that these barrels start at 450$ so 260 should be a steal for someone

I can answer a couple of those questions. All of his barrels are done on type 2 bolt.
It is plus 2” gas system. Dunno on the blank.
Same reamer as 22arc, but with a .040” shorter freebore.
