The Department of Education is ruining schools.

The Department of Agriculture is destroying farms.

NASA is not about Aerospace but about making LBP's feel good about themselves...

I can go on if you like!

Camel Spider. I caught him In Iraq back in 2005. He's dead in that shot. Had to run after the quick bastard to catch him and step on him. Still didn't kill him till I stuffed him in a Gatorade bottle full of rubbing alcohol. Mailed him home in a CD jewel case. Here he is still alive and kicking in my hooch... Yeah... they get bigger.

My dad was in Oman and Aden in the 60/70s and he'd to tell us about the camel spiders reckoned they used shovels as stomping wasn't effective on them. When I finally saw a real one i thought even a shovel length was too close. Artillery or an air strike for me.

A woman heard barking outside her home, and she knew it wasn’t coming from her dogs, an Arizona shelter said.

So she looked at her surveillance camera and watched as a Weimaraner mix chased a cat underneath her 1967 Chevy Nova on Jan. 19 in Phoenix, the Arizona Humane Society told McClatchy News in an email.

But she never saw the dog come out.

When she went outside to investigate, she saw the animal’s foot and tail hanging out from underneath the vehicle, a spokesperson said.

The 49-pound animal had “wedged herself deep into the engine area” of the Chevy, and she couldn’t get out, the shelter said in a Jan. 29 news release.

Rescuers slowly pulled her out of the engine, freeing her within 15 minutes. The animal was taken to a hospital where she had some wounds on her ears but was “otherwise healthy overall,” the shelter said.

That ain't no joke. You used to see hay just up by the road on farms all over out here but everyone's had to hide it. Damn meth heads will steal anything.

The area is a graveyard of inoperable chicken farms because all the wiring was stolen out of them.

Come to think of it, you used to see fuel towers by the road so farmers could fill trailered equipment but those are all gone now, too.

Dr. Ruth was a badass…. Escaped the Nazis at 10 (her parents sent her to Switzerland and were killed at Birkenau.) At Swiss orphanage she was made an “cleaning girl” and was not allowed an education by Swiss authorities. A student at the orphanage snuck her textbooks and she taught herself. Emigrated to Palestine at 16… 4’7 tall. At 17 trained as a Scout Sniper for the Haganah (predecessor of the IDF). Wounded in both legs in the ‘47-49 war she recovered in Paris where she earned a psych degree. Then came to America and earned a PhD — paying for her education by working as a maid.

Later famous for her sex therapy show and made it big.

At age 90, on TV, she assembled a STEN gun blindfolded… to prove she still had the skill.

One tough lady. Still ‘kickin at age 95!
