back in 2001, the mrs and i stayed at the banff springs hotel, that 700 room castle. we checked in and decided to go for a walk down a trail next to the hotel. quick thinking me picks up a decent sized stick, just in case we came across some of those polite bears. took me a minute, but i turned to the wife and told her that we're turning around. she curiously asked why, in her polite canadian accent. i told her that the stick i was carrying was going to do sweet fuck all, even if the bears were as polite as her
