Older middle millennial here.
Only one that I didn't know when I was younger was the flash cubes (thanks Technology Connections yt channel), and I can't quite tell the one to the left of the remote.
Top middle never used since family doesn't drink. Played with my dad's old cap gun as a kid. Chalk lines were used in school, grandpa had a TV with the remote, never used the 8 track but know about it, didn't grow up in an area with drive in theaters, the picture viewer things played with as a kid, first couple cars I had had manual windows and the lighter (gives a good burn on the thumb if you were dumb playing with it). Have had places use the card machine. Good electric griddle. Didn't use that film. Know 35mm film though. Nut cracker set looks nice but I prefer my grandma's bowl that had a mini anvil in the middle with a mallet.
Edit: wife that is 2 years younger than me says the one I didn't know is a makeup mirror thing with lights? So girl thing.

The tab wasn't just used on beer it was soft drinks also.
It is an electric frying pan not griddle. Griddle is flat no sides.
And you would go around collecting pull tabs, and bend them together to see who could make the longest chain. It was just a ploy to get us kids doing something around the campground, but it also got the tabs up off the ground. If you stepped on one barefooted it would cut the shit out of you. Millenials? I'm 30 and grew up around most of these things and can name all of them. My last car had manual windows and wasn't even that old. Work truck from 2019 had manual windows.
Should be changed to Zoomers. I don't know why boomers keep thinking millennials are young. Millennials were born from the 80s to 90s. Zoomers are already in their 20s.

Let us look at the facts. I retired in 2004, and went into teaching. Now, those children BORN, during the year I started teaching, have already graduated from high school and are in college, trade school, the military or just plain working. (At least in these parts). Many of my high school students from my years in teaching have families, children and are in the “middle” of their careers.
So, If I think of you as being young, compared to me, you are Very, very young. Don’t think of this as a bad thing, just make your choices carefully, so when you are my age, you won’t be thinking, WHY? Why didn’t I do this instead of that. But, yes, I miss by often begotten youth.
Oh, I’m probably not that old, but I do remember GOD creating dirt.
As far as the original post, a good part of that stuff had not yet been invented when I was in high school.
Yes, that is a 1962 Chevy behind me and it was only a couple of years old when this picture was taken.

On the frying pan that's what I meant. We would interchange names some at home. We would use both making polachenka (crepes).
yea,grandsons are millin 30 & 32. they would know what most of that stuff is even though they never even saw it. i am early boomer. i sure know and remember all that stuff. Zs would have few clues and no hands on,i think.

The TV remote has metal rods inside that were struck when you pressed the button each making a unique ultrasonic sound to mess with the power/channel/volume ... no batteries ever, a modern tree huggers wet dream. The origin of the term "clicker" because that's all you heard was the click.
If you jingled your keys in front of the TV it would change channels or turn off and on like it was possessed.
