I guess you need to buy the AI's scope base rail along with the forend rail so that the rails are aligned, right?
My Remington has a factory standard 20 MOA scope base rail.

That or tall rings. I have seen both. I like the cosmetics of the flush rail and scope mount, but different strokes for different folks.
