Pathetic fact came out last week after we went through our second massive round of flooding here. Last year our capitol got massively flooded. Vermont got $40 million in 'aid' from FEMA and other shit. The COST to get that aid in overhead and bureaucracy was $80 million. So by the time actual '$$' trickled down from GOVERNMENT into the community... GOVERNMENT had siphoned off 80 million of the total 120 million... that it cost taxpayers. But, hey, our our dumbass leftist commie lying POS Senator (not Bernie the other one) is "outraged and going to do something about it." Bet they give HIM another house and he shuts up.

Need about a 90 percent reduction in the bureaucracy. Including elimination of dozens of cabinet-level agencies and bureaus and departments. Paring it down to a handful of agencies to cover areas of federal responsibility. The rest goes to the states. And localities. And the federal $$ tit needs to dry up. So no more blackmailing or bribing the people with their own money.

But doubt it will happen without a level of upset that will cause more damage than we can imagine. That's the problem with bureaucracies...

How many shots total are we thinking?
Valid points have been made about the mic picking up the initial shots and the sonic boom. It would explain why the shots sound different between the two videos. That and the difference in the actual processing of the audio and location of the mics in relation to where the shots were broke.
In the cell phone video I'm hearing 10 shots. In the other video, I'm having a hard time telling what's what.

If we break this down using what info we have a consensus on....
We have the shooter (AR-15), CS teams 1 and 2 with CS team 1 being over Trump's left shoulder, 2 being over his right (bolt action for both teams), and 3 being the one with the AR-10.
CS team 1 didn't have a shot being that their view was blocked by the tree. Doesn't mean they didn't take a shot of course, just that it doesn't appear that they had a clear view.
I think it's agreed that the first 3 shots are from the shooter, leaving the next 5 that could of only been from the shooter or CS team 3.
This would leave 2 shots unaccounted for.

Currently it’s the 5 middle shots that are up for debate as to their origin since the last two were clearly single shots from a precision rifle implying shots from one of the CS teams.

The cadence was too fast for somebody actually aiming at any distance and more inline with one of the multiple cops wielding K-can equipped ARs putting suppressing fire at the roof to get the shooter to drop his head.

They will only release what they want us to know and what doesn't make them or their bosses look bad.

I tend to believe most of what they release will be absolutely true because with the resources available today it's too easy for a group of savvy citizens to fact check and cross check.

They don't really need to "lie". All they need to do is just not release everything they find and not confirm things found by the public to be true. Between the first 3 shots and the next 5? a lot changes.
Notably, people start screaming and yelling and getting down.

Depends on the load but generally .308 is slower with COTS ammo. Snipers might be using a load that's closer to matching COTS 5.56 speeds.

Shot 9, if it's the sniper's weapon, was likely a suppressed weapon.

From 150ish yards away the sonic crack might be louder than the muzzle report and the crack would arrive at the location of recording before the muzzle report.

It's possible the peaks you're seeing are the cracks and not the muzzle, if he's spraying fire under duress the origin of the crack may be changing in relation to the microphone doing the recording.

Also phone microphones are not a meter. Phone microphones are notorious for clipping max volume, just watch any JJ Fu suppressor video reporting 50+ dB suppression.
