World’s fastest brick. Gotta love em. Chu Lai’s airfield was built for them to fly out of. They were around but never around LZ Chippewa. Saw more Bird Dogs than jets. Only one ArcLight mission “heard” when I was there, but the VAF flew Tweetty Birds. They were a neat aircraft.

Had my arm hanging out the window driving 50-55 with my windows down one night. I randomly pulled my arm in and immediately a decent buck ran its antlers full speed into the door right where my arm was. Great timing
