Not 100% sure, but guessing Iceland. The black lava sand beach is a bit of a tell. I was there this time last year and this picture has the look of Iceland.

I saw a few (illegals) that DID attempt to loot being held at gunpoint by locals for sheriff's deputies to come pick up.
