Took a couple of my ARs to the range to sight in new scopes, my son and I had a great time. Mine got an 8-40 mpct 1x and my son got a 5-27 mpct 2x.
The MPCT1X is the best reticle I've ever shot, everything I need, nothing I don't (the Gucci glass doesn't hurt either).

All of the new ZCO rings and mounts now come with the same indexing system as the Hawkins Precision. You keep bringing up something that they already listened to and made the changes some time ago.
That's not how it works with almost any company. Products undergo revisions after feedback and newer improved iterations become available. The only time a company would likely consider exchanging an older generation product for the latest generation, is if there were an issue with a defective product or safety.
This will hopefully be the last post. But a top tier company with top tier prices shouldn’t be putting out WMLRF rails that don’t hold zero. At all.

A guy I shoot with sometimes just got a 328i DLR and let me look through it for a few minutes... the FOV was mucho impressive bruh.

I don’t even want to change scope brands , but s&b either stoped making or something my 5x25 pmii… I use the same scope on every weapon . And I need two more . I drove to euro optics today because they were showing one left but it wasn’t there when I got there …
If you take a calculator and multiply your dope values by Pi/10.8 you'll convert them all to Mils. Would probably take less time than that drive to Euro.
So, why can't we remove the North American ZCO's FOV limiters after the fact?
I haven't passed the bar, but if the scope was already imported and sold in a configuration that didn't violate anyone's stupid patent, why would there be any issue with an owner's choice to make a "custom modification" to it after the fact?

Thankfully for my wallet it has the wrong turrets and wrong reticle lol
We have been taking a list on the ZC210 for months, and we are obviously legitimate unlike some random person on a FB group.
There are several business pages that are claiming they're taking pre-orders with an estimated delivery of January/February. ZCO has NOT released any date yet for official ordering or delivery, and those businesses are not as far as ZCO can tell official dealers. It is likely that they're small online drop ship companies, who are ordering discounted product through other major dealers, then reselling. There is an official dealer list on the ZCO website at https://www.zcompoptic.com/en-us/dealer.

The available listed product specs reflect the Euro specs with the unneutered FOV specs listed and do not accurately/correctly represent what North American buyers/owners receive... so can someone please give me a good reason why North American buyers/owners cannot have their properly imported property configured after the fact to the same thing European owners/buyers get, or is ZCO just content with lying down and false advertising until legally challenged for doing so?

The company removing the limiter would put them in violation of the patent the same as selling the unmodified scope.
I don’t mean to come off as a jerk or anything…
I was just buying a laptop the other night and thought how if I bought one that was advertised as coming with 32GB of RAM, and then it showed up with only 16GB, I wouldn’t be happy, and with the North American scopes from ZCO what we get is not what is advertised.
And as far as removing the FOV limiters after the fact, I don’t see that as any different from choosing to put aftermarket pipes on a new Ducati… so it couldn’t be imported that way, no big deal, after you take delivery and own it, you can modify it however you want to as long as one’s local laws allow it.

I already have one and like it. I was just wondering if there was an option out there to take the FOV governor off it and use it as it was designed and as the listed specs say.
