2024 Waterfowl Season

I know its early, but what are you guys starting to see? I'm seeing reports that it looks to be a good year. Sandhill are already moving south, saw and heard them last week.

It's not looking great where I try to scrounge up birds in norkal. Fingers crossed though.

West Michigan. Can't get my boat to where I normally hunt because there's no water. River about 3 feet down from normal and you'd have to drag a boat 30 feet from the ramp to get to a little flow. Trying to order a pack raft to float it. Had a bunch of geese here the last few weeks which is a shame.

Same up here, only seeing locals none of the migration flights.

Looking at the current forecast, floating the river with a fly rod would be more productive.

Fall is definitely off to a dry start around here. Had more weather during archery season.
