I once had a friend built that like who was very athletic, made it through Firefighter Academy, including the 160 pounds deadweight carry. She could also run distances much better than myself.

Watched a similar… on a big concrete job- ex con running the sky track forklift, big bundle of rebar- extended the boom way out and a bit too far up- back tires come like 6’ off the ground and instead of lowering the boom, he retracts it while the rear is up in the air- the second he comes out from under the bar, the 12k machine slams down and bounces around on each individual tire with dudes white hard hat bouncing around like a ping pong ball. Broke the rear axle and scrambled his brains a bit.
