The ONLY places that Mondale secured was Minnesota and DC. (Seems like DC had always been the Swamp even during the greatest epoch of Americana ever which was in response to the initial leftist chaos of the late 1960s-1970s.) Reagan's victory in 1984 would usher in perhaps the greatest rebirth of the USA up to the contemporary time.
