That would be, essentially, the same optical system that is built into a standard Steyr AUG. I presume that it has finer adjustments than the ludicrous 50mm @100m for the AUG version. Cheers from NZ.

If you want to use another optic the mount for these are still being made today. The ever pragmatic Finns used the mount for the Valmet/Tikka 412/512 shotgun/combination/double rifle. These qd-mounts are rock solid and handle recoil from a 9,3x74 double rifle set on a 412. Today the mount looks like this, Optilock for Valmet 412: (rings are 1", 30mm and 34mm in several heights)

I’ll find out, it shoots low and left but ran out of daylight. I believe it was never fired until me.
