Any good ideas for hiding a camera in a open corn stalk field. Trespassers / thieves / vandals in the area

Don't you have a hide on the top of a silo to give them a little long range love? Really, the new Ring cameras will detect a human and let a critter walk past without going off and alerting you. That would seem about perfect to detect a two legged miscreant while avoiding four legged false alarms.

Get one that sends straight to your phone and have it update images immediately, they will at least show their face to it so you can find them again. Put it in a metal lockbox so it takes them a second or two to beat it to def

Bluebird boxes on the perimeter so it's not in the way of field work and looks like it's suposed to be there

I like the last two ideas above a lot.

I've done the dead and useless camera, with the cell cam overlooking it before. That doesn't work though if they shoot it from a distance with a rifle...that only works out here in the woods of SE Oklahoma.
