I'm gonna say that you have more than a few bugs in your system...
Were they in an amtrak? Might've been me! I was in a trak that hit 2 mines. The first one must've just knicked the edge and blew our skirt up, then when we started going again, it seems like we only went about 20 ft. and hit the second one. That one blew off the track and most of the wheels. No one seriously hurt, but felt like all my guts were busted and knocked the wind out of us..... but we were following am M1A1 with a mine plow. You're the king until one of those plastic AT mines rolls up the furrow your flail's plowing in the sand to slip back down under your tracks. Seen a crew get waylaid doing that no more than 10 yds into the minefields back in '91.
This guy deserves worse.
F-4s don’t create lift..they beat the beneath them
I have entire jig, made for cutting soffit with a circular saw, I built out of saved scrap wood.
Scrap wood is often obtained from miscuts.I have entire jig, made for cutting soffit with a circular saw, I built out of saved scrap wood.
If you suck at measuring.Scrap wood is often obtained from miscuts.
Looks like she goes there often…usually without the string.I hate going to the beach, but for that... I'd live there.
Yo when the article about their 'newly designed bats' first started running, I legit thought that they were using one of Demolition Ranch's early designs where the strike face of the bat is actually connected by pistons to a .308 blank cartridge below and when the ball strikes the bat, the blank fires, pushing the strike plate up and giving some extra oomph to the ball.![]()
Species maybe, but not an animal
Kinda looks like a Sheridan...either Blue Streak or Silver Streak. They were more expensive than a Benjamin. Buddy of mine had the Sheridan, I had the Benjamin. HIs was .20, mine was .22. 10 pumps was up to magnum velocity! We lived on the outskirts of town on our own acreage but back then (1960) no one really cared if you climbed their fence. We killed a shit load of cottontails, jack rabbits, lizards, road runners, quail, dove, horny toads, hawks, skunks......some loose chickens MIGHT have been saved a grisly death by skink or coyote. Thanks for bring back an almost forgotten memory for an old man!View attachment 8651928

Distance is 23 yards. Offhand needs some serious work.....I chrony'd it the other day and it is running rather anemic. 485 FPS was the best it would do, but that was only a few shots for a test. New seals and a solder on the barrel that had separated. I put the peep sight on years ago as the original fell off and it actually contributes to the dreaded separation. Bought this new in 1986 and round count is probably close to 6.5 billion....of all my rifles, pistols and other gadgets, this brings a smile to my face like no other. I feel like a kid every time I shoot! I'll keep working on it and see if I can get a little more performance from Betsy. Good luck and good shooting fellow goon squad members!
