Tikka single shot target rifle???

Trying to research this rifle for a friend, does anyone have any info?
Single shot, cock on close, 6 groove right twist.

It is a "Skoha's Tikka". A rimfire target rifle made by Tikkakoski for Oy Skoha Ab between 1930-38. Skoha was basically a retailer and distributor owned by the Finnish Civil Guard. It is actually the last rimfire rifle made under the Tikka name before the T1x came about. Atleast some info (that's not in Finnish) can be found in the Sako Collectors Forum.
