Sounds a lot like Quantum of Solace. Which means that these people are giving their ideas out and people are making movies that could potentially become reality.
For myself, I find it (especially here in the south), that a plethora of car washes have popped up (like 3 now in 1 mile radius) which to me is signalling that it's not about convenience (but being sold that way), but about control of the water I (BytorJr) pay for myself based on rates.
