Looks to me like you can get either/or, not both.

I went back and looked after @mendozuh mentioned it and you are correct. I missed that at first. Really, there should at least be an option drop down to buy the additional mount if they are that modular.

By the looks of the design if you go with the picatinny mount it looks like it won’t be compatible with the other mount type. Im probably going with the picatinny option just want to make sure it fits under my scope setup.
