I've listened to and watched recordings of other concerts where they did this song, but this one sounds the best to me.
Sadly I can't seem to find video of it. I watched the entire concert where this was recorded years ago when I had Dish, and DVR'd it. Amazing concert.
I bought the double CD and listened to it constantly for weeks.
we have lost most true. thru age,illness,death. don't see any replacements at this level.
What’s best is subjective. I listen to a lot of different players but 90% of the time if I’m picking an artist to listen to then it’s probably SRV or Led Zeppelin. What’s the best from them? All of it! If I’m playing guitar then I’ll likely play OTHAFA sometime within the first fifteen minutes. I absolutely love playing that song. That and Lenny.
don't know this group. from a fan what is their best live CD? some are with Zakk Wylde whose work i am familiar with a bit. i see he started the band. is this his only band and i missed the connection?
This is Zakk's band, Black Label Society and their live album is, Alchohol Fueled Brewtality Live!! +5. He's done other stuff, like the reformed Pantera, taking Dime's place on the guitar. Not sure if he's doing anything other than BLS and Pantera. Ozzy's done, so I'm sure that chapter is close, too.
