I’m interested in hearing how well or if that K&N makes a viable difference. Other than the obvious growl you get when you start it up.
I never understood why they couldn't have the resistor as part of the LED bulbs. I don't care for splicing one into factory wiring.
Lol that was basically me. Wife wanted me to literally just sit there, not to surf the web, not to talk, no TV, no walking around, for 17 hours.
Most truck forums don’t recommend them. Yes, they breathe better but more crap gets past them.
A while back I gutted the airbox and lightly filtered a 3.8. There’s no question that with better intake along with smoother exhaust, the results are noticeably better. However, this was primarily in Florida and up the midsection. No really high dust environments.
