Since there's nothing to see right now with the Karen Read trial, what do you all think of the Menendez brothers being resentenced yesterday and now eligible for parole?

Their dad was probably a child molester. Their mom supported him and had no problem with it.
What they did was wrong and 35 years is long enough. Their family supports them because it is all true. Democrats will oppose it because they support child molesters.

My sentiments exactly. What sealed my opinion was when I read how the parents were killed. It was clearly a crime of passion from pent up anger the brothers had from the abuse they suffered over the years. You don't turn your parents into ground meat from a 12 gauge just because you want the father's inheritance. Obviously their parole isn't gonna happen overnight, but I do hope it gets expedited and all the rehabilitation programs they did in prison help them go back to living a free and peaceful life now that their demons are permanently gone.

So the re-sentencing judge said. Looks like they may be out before the end of the year.
