Kids being born give families a certain sanity and concern for the future. This is as it should be. If people can’t do this IMO they are beyond selfish and there is something seriously wrong with them. It isn’t wealth that makes a proper family, it’s their willingness to wake up and look out for their family, guiding them with wisdom and experience. This is the foundation of all societies. Its why the nuclear family is so important.

The ones that crossed the border at the checkpoints are not illegals. They were granted asylum and given court dates, working papers and other stuff. Rounding up the hotel workers, restaurant workers and other types will be a major waste of resources sifting out the ones with amnesty claims and those that don't. Hitting the criminals with warrants, whether they have an amnesty court date or not, is a better use of resources. Once done with the easy then dig into the others. And politically it doesn't hurt a fragile economy.
