For me, and I know I am one of the few, but I have found that Lapua , centerX/ Midas to be very uniform across lot numbers.

Same for me.
I also seem to get less cold bore/first shot flyers.

Thanks, I’ve been looking for some Lapua to try in my Bergaras that I usually feed SK and I was able to pickup a couple of bricks of Center-X and lesser quantities of other flavors

I got my brick I ordered last night. I unpacked it and looked at the lot number. I was blessed by God that it was 329 speed which is the best speed for all 3 of my rifles. I have a 40X, Anschutz 54 and CZ547. This will keep me in matches for a while.

One brick holds you a while? You need to get out more I shoot almost a brick each range trip.

I now have 3 bricks of center-x 329. And I only use this for competitions which is usually 2 to 3 boxes. I shoot centerfire more than rimfire which helps in how much rimfire I use up in a year. I also have 2 bricks of R50 speed 331 and 332 which are really good for cold weather matches. I use medium cost like rifle match SK or RWS for practice but even it is expensive now. I haven't found the magic numbers for Eley. Oh well.

Yeah, I get you. I scored a couple of cases of Midas and a couple more of center X back a while and am just rotating it with new stuff as I get it. I am down to my last 4 bricks of SLR. I shoot about 10k a year through my Annie’s ( 2 x 54:18s and one 1727f AI). SK Rifle match is actually pretty good stuff if you find it.
