I couldn’t find anything on this, so please forgive me if this is common knowledge. I know there have been lots of ways to adjust Vudoo mags…

I recently purchased some Vudoo mags, and a couple of them have the assist button flipped upside down which makes the follower a little lower than normal. The user said that he shot CenterX out of those mags. Has anyone heard of this? Any idea why?

I have never had any issues out of any other Vudoo mags I’ve ever used with SK and CX, so I never would have guessed I would need this. I haven’t tried them out yet, but just wanted to see if anyone had heard of this and knows what it might “fix”.

Thanks!

If it hasn't been shown to you, the vudoo mags come apart for maintenance of the spring and follower. Needless to say, the orientation of the part you grab...is separate from the followe...and IIRC it can be altered in orientation during assembly/re-assembly. So if its not to your liking, AFAIK it should be a DIY fix.

Yep (thanks for the video too). Luckily, I saw it was an easy fix since the mags are easy to take down, if I don’t like it. Took me a few seconds to figure out what was going on when I first saw the follower was lower on those two mags. I’ll be curious to see how those couple mags behave vs others I have.

I just didn’t remember reading about this, so it made me curious what was going on.
