No, the throw lever is an additional charge. Not sure it is really needed as the ZCO power ring already has a designed in throw “fin” as do all ZCO scopes.Does the throw lever come with the zco 2-10?

Do you lose overall available elevation w/ the 10 mil vs the 15 mil or does the 10 mil add more rotations?
So both have 35 mils of available elevation if you were able to zero either right at the bottom of the adjustment range?You have the same amount of internal travel.
