Suppressors Any Alternative to Silencerco Bravo Piston Mount?

I have a Silencerco 46M and was wanting to mount it on pistols occasionally. From what I can tell, the Bravo piston mount is nearly unobtanium. Are there any alternatives out there?
46M owner here too. I use their Charlie piston mount on my semiauto pistols and haven't had any cycling issues. Is that an option for you? If so, Scheels has a handful in stock.

Is the Charlie compatible with the Bravo? I was thinking something is tapered with the Charlie.the Charlie has a tapered ferrule that inserts into the end of the suppressor body.

I don't know much about the Bravo but it looks like it attaches to the suppressor body in a slightly different manner than the Charlie. You are correct... the Charlie uses a tapered ferrule. If you want, I can take some pics tomorrow. It's easier than trying to put it into words.

I think the issue is that there are multiple 46 models, and one uses Charlie. Mine uses the Bravo.

Oh, that makes sense. My 46 came with the Charlie rifle mount (as shown below alongside the Charlie piston) and I didn't realize there were other factory configurations for that model. Sorry for any confusion. Good luck with your search for something that's actually in stock.
