Well, at least they locked them in with the goods so they didn't get away with it. I assume loss prevention waited for LE to come and arrest them.
Now, I don't recall. Does Chicago have one of those relaxed theft policies where they won't prosecute theft under $960.00 or something?
Illinois in general basically will not do anything to minors including violent/sex crimes. We don’t even keep adults in custody for violent crimes most of the time.
The cycle of this behavior has to be broken in order to be fixed. This is all learned behavior passed down from the parent to the child. We all know this behavior has been going on for decades. It is perpetuated I believe by democrats who run these cities, and ofcourse we all know that.

-Start draining the inner cities in place of more hospitable enviornments.
-If youre old, or cripppled, or infirm, yes, you get help. Encourage private charitable help sources, wean off the gub'mint tit.
Now, what s the chance of either side getting behind something like this. Do you know negative numbers?

They were likely told to do what they did by their caregivers. They are raised in an environment that would be outside of the imagination of most people on this forum. My college roommate and best man in my first wedding was born to a 13 year old mother and by the time he got to college he had 5 siblings from different fathers.
