Or Semi-chrome for same technique.Flitz on a cotton buffing wheel from the dremel and they’ll be fine. Could even use the polishing compound that comes with most dremel kits.
In all honesty it’s a chrome lined colt barrel, not a stainless douglas begging for 77gr otm. Just clean up the rust and shoot the thing.I'm surprised at the amount of you that think the rust pitting could be saved

Well yes, that’s why you got recommendations to just polish it up.I still change my oil regularly and don't slam the doors on my beater car. Just because it isn't the best of the best doesn't mean you shouldn't make it the best it could be.
