It's literally not...And has been proven during correspondence several times by both the OEM in China, and DNT themselves. They may look similar on the outside, but that's where it stops. The DNT is spec'd higher on the internals and glass than Arken orders for their EP5 Gen2. But nice try fanboy. Go troll somewhere else.

Just for info....The bloke "Phil" who designed the "TOR" reticle in the DNT is a personal friend of my Dealer ( and as bloody nice guy!! ) ... and is also a relative of the OWNERS of DNT in China ....... so i trust the information he has provided when ask!!

But what about arkens announcement that they are sister companies under the same ownership group, dnt doing digital and arken daytime- just different employees/offices? Or the dnt team handling arkens digital customer service and the dnt address sugar land address being the same that my past arken warranty turret came from?

If DNT wants to come out with another optic I think a DMR would be a smart move. Something to compete with the 4-16 atacr or Leupold. Low profile turret 4-16 or 3-18 optic
That's kinda what I was hoping for... I like the overall format of say, a Bushnell DMR/DMRII, especially the lo-pro turrets, 50mm objective, etc. I'd prefer something closer to the 4.5/5 to 25/27/30x range, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at something with less magnification.
They have the big end covered with the 7-35. So logical choice would be a 4-20x50. 30mm tube, capped windage locking low pro elevation, preferably under 28oz. No need for a tree reticle, if they do, go minimalist like the pr2 mil leupold tree. I def prefer 0.2 mil hashes on horizontal and vertical stadia.

The DNT is a great piece of glass for the price. I'm just messing, I have an AT-X that doesn't even have a scope on it at the moment! Stole it for another rig.
