Before that seems like a shit ton…. Academia in US is about to utterly crash and burn. Americans are finally realizing that trades are a better investment. And are abandoning higher education in droves….
600k students means 150k a year… fewer including grad students. There are at any one time about 22 grad and undergrad students in American colleges and universities.
So that’s about 30 students per college per year.
Oh and guess what? They get no financial aid. No student loan. No scholarship. They are full freight full tuition full room and board and books paid by the Chinese govt. so Nathan average of about $40k a year (not including living allowances) the Chicoms will, after 4 years, be spending 24 billion a year, not including living allowances, travel, etc. in our university system.
That’s real money… pumped into a system that badly needs it. Besides… while we have them for four years, we can turn them into lazy, fat, non-binary useless feminized pothead modern dance and Sanskrit majors… and send them home to be as worthless as our college graduates!
Think of it as a win win.
