I myself like several other people have had countless issues with getting in contact with Sgt of Arms about rifles we ordered. Does anyone have any contact info besides [email protected] or their phone number 817-668-0433? I guess that email and phone number doesn't work since they can't reply to any of my emails or voicemails. It's been over 13 months since I placed my order. I heard on October 3rd that I'd have my rifle in 5-6 weeks. After that didn't happen I heard on February 7th that I would have it in 5-6 weeks again. Obviously that didn't happen again. I've been constantly emailing and calling the last several weeks without any response. I just want an honest update or my money back. I'm so over this company.

I just ordered a handgaurd that has just came in stock after almost 8 months. They take 2-4 weeks to ship. But they are the only people offering that Arca aero enhanced setup at this time.

I ordered their 17" arca handguard May 2nd with the restock, haven't heard a word since. No email reply or returned phone call. Have you gotten a shipping notification yet?

Came here to post about MTE Machining but look like yall beat me to it. I stumbled upon the site last week while researching bar style handguard as I had given up on SoA. I called them as I originally believed they just had unsold SoA stock and talk to the owner. He was a former SoA employee that left about four months ago and receive permission to use the design and same manufacturer. He had no insight into the current affairs of SoA and hates that it seems to gone downhill as he said it one of the best employers he’s worked for.

We talked a little bit about updates or possibly gen2 that would include A419 ARCA lock. I inquired about RRS R Lock as I think it’s a better design and easier on the hands for AR platform. He stated that the $10k upfront licensing fee is a little steep for him now but may be an option if sales increase. Cerakote options will be coming in a couple weeks once he get set up.

I received my rail today and the fitment is nice and tight on the aero enhanced upper I had waiting for months.

I found them a month or so back. I wasn't looking for handguards, I was looking for another .441" Belt Buster die.

I don't remember the guys name I talked to, but he is knowledgeable on the Grendel/ARC casehead. I already had one Belt Buster die from SoA so I was familiar with how well they worked, and I knew they were either out of business or soon would be.

If you ever have an issue with a fat bottomed .441" case, get one of these dies. Use a good case lube, and those fat bottoms will go back to factory dimensions.
