Yeah almost all parts interchange. Nobody would probably argue against a Glock in a comparison I would say. While good, they do have some things I personally don’t like (but that other firearms besides Glock utilize). The front rails being part of the locking block vs. molded in at least to me seems counterproductive but other firearms use this construction. The rear rails pinned in with the trigger housing again vs. molded in is also not my favorite.
People have put thousands through them however with no issues. I have many hundreds through my old one and the guy who has it now runs it hard.
Grit Grips, SCT, Lone Wolf and Nomad Defense all use molded in rails like Glock. GG is supposed to be releasing a G45 type frame for 3rd gen slides after their G43X release and I will surely buy one.
Because I desired a gen 3 “G45” …. PSA and their FS-S is the only game in town. Nomad makes a gen 5 compatible “G45” frame however. Lone Wolf frames are homely
