Free Personality test

I haven't done this in a while. I almost always lineup as an ENTJ. I want to say the tests are bullshit, but I can answer the questions as I think my wife would and then have her take the test and our results will match.

Kids aren't really old enough to take them yet, but both my wife and I can take them answering how we think the kids would and our results will be very close if not the same.

It fascinates me.

Just took it again...ENTJ. And it seems no matter how much I think I had to have answered the questions differently 9 out of 10 times it comes out the same.

I tested as ENTP long ago and doubt it's changed much. Between the "A" and "T" suffixes it would be an "A".

The E, N and T were all on the high end of the scale, according to the instructor I seemed capable of giving a friend or relative the chair for murder. The P was borderline J, in a casual environment I'm OK with debate and no clear answers but in a work environment I want things driven to a proper conclusion.

Mine was ISTJ

And I have to agree with this

Difficulty Delegating Tasks

“Your strong sense of responsibility makes you hesitant to entrust others, leading to overload”

People are incompetent, lazy and un-reliable. I will typically delegate others to “Fuck right off” due to them failing me in the past. I’d rather put in a little more time and effort to ensure I don’t have to unfuck something later and miss a milestone deadline.

I once handed a stack of applicant's tests to a co-worker on my team who was good at reading the profiles. Secretly I snuck my results into the stack only I put a small highlight in the upper corner.

She was going through the stack telling me this person would be good at this, good at that and going through the stack until she got to mine. Her exact words were "Oh my god, it's an ax murderer". I shared it was my test and she proceeded to tell me about the traits. We had to agree, it really fit my MO.

Everyone who really knows me, knows I would never use an ax unless somehow it was mechanized.

ENTJ-A ... E, N, T and A all 80%+ with J hovering around 50% ... depending on what day I take it and what I happen to be doing I can see the J flipping to a P
