Join contestNope. Was just thinking the same thing. "New posts" take around 10 seconds to load.Just on my end?
Looks like they fixed it.
So that's why every site I'm a member at loads slowly. Makes sense now. When I was an Admin on another forum we could set a user to "Miserable". It would make the site slow and unreliable for them. When a turd would join, we would turn it on to try to run them off. It crossed my mind that I may had been deemed a turd...lol.
Yeah, Frank has done that to some in the past (I think he calls it "discourage" mode) but in this case it was wide spread and I'm glad they found the issue and fixed it.When I was an Admin on another forum we could set a user to "Miserable". Haha. I figured there was still something like that. The Miserable setting was plugin on OG vBulletin.Yeah, Frank has done that to some in the past (I think he calls it "discourage" mode) but in this case it was wide spread and I'm glad they found the issue and fixed it.

When I was a kid I used to be an admin on an extreme sports forum. I forget what the mode was called, but if turned on it would make someone's posts/threads only show up for them or other admins. All the normal members couldn't see them. It would be funny watching them have meltdowns due to them thinking everyone was ignoring them when in reality they couldn't see them.
